Innate is preparing a set of case studies covering engagements across government, education and the private sector. Each will be published only once the client has reviewed it and given consent, which is why this page is empty rather than populated with anonymised summaries.
If you are evaluating the firm now and want references, we can arrange them directly, subject to the same consent.
What each case study will contain
- 01The problem
- What the organisation was facing, in the terms they described it, and why the existing approach had stopped working.
- 02The work
- What Innate actually did, which practices were involved, and the decisions taken along the way that a reader could disagree with.
- 03The outcome
- A measurable result, stated with the period it covers. Where an outcome cannot be measured, we say that instead of implying one.
Sectors covered
Start with the problem, not the proposal
A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether Innate is the right firm for the work. Where we are not, we will say so.
