Information we collect
If you complete the contact form on this website, we receive what you enter into it. That is typically your name, your organisation, a way of replying to you and the description of your enquiry. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial or identity documents through the website.
Our web hosting and analytics also record standard technical information about visits: pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, browser and device type, and the date and time of the request. This is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Where an engagement is under way, information you send us about your organisation is governed by the engagement contract and our information security obligations, not by this website notice.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether Innate is an appropriate firm for the work, and to keep a record of the exchange. Technical and analytics information is used to maintain the site, diagnose faults, and understand which content is read.
We do not sell information collected through this website, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Why we are allowed to use it
Where you submit an enquiry, you are providing the information voluntarily so that we can reply to you. Where information is processed for the security and operation of the website, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a functioning and secure site.
You may withdraw an enquiry at any time by telling us, in which case we will stop processing it and delete it subject to any record we are required to keep.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of business correspondence, and then deleted. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify an individual may be kept for longer, because they no longer describe a person.
Security
Innate operates an information security management system aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which governs how information is classified, stored, accessed and disposed of. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website contact form; we will tell you a secure channel to use instead.
