Approach

Platform first, custom where it is warranted

A configured platform is usually cheaper to run and easier to hand over than bespoke software. Where an established product covers the requirement, we implement the product and build only the integrations around it.

Custom development is proposed when a process is genuinely specific to the organisation, or where a regulatory obligation cannot be met by configuration. That judgement is made before selection, not after a licence has been bought.

Start with the problem, not the proposal

A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether Innate is the right firm for the work. Where we are not, we will say so.
